Being smart I asked 'so I just d When calling the dealership to ask about the recall on my Honda Accord was told the parts were on order with no ETA. Being smart I asked 'so I just duck and pray' if something happens. Bryan responded of course not and said he would pull my file and notify when they would be in. The next thing I know in less than 24 hours I get a voice mail that the parts were in and they had scheduled an appointment for me. They worked the appointment around my schedule and provided a loaner car - at no cost. The car was done when promised and the even checked and topped off the fluids! Everyone couldn't have been more courteous and helpful - from Brian to Luke to the gentleman that put me in the loaner. Thanks All!! More

Great Services Yes it was expensive but then again if you want quality work it is never cheap. The work done in our Honda Pilot was great all the issues were taking Yes it was expensive but then again if you want quality work it is never cheap. The work done in our Honda Pilot was great all the issues were taking care and the Pilot is good for another 100,000 miles. Now having said that let me say this was the first time I had our vehicle for service in 103,000 miles other than just your regular maintenances such as oil change, brake pads and so on. So I think this vehicle has proven it self to be everything a Honda is great quality. Brookdale Honda Luther kept that same quality and trust that I have in them..... Lucas, the advisor helped me with getting my car registered and paperworks, while Ben helped with my car. I was satisfied with my work done with car and the people who helped me while I was there. Needed new tires My car ended up with two tires that had gouges in the sidewalls. The rims were bad and Costco wouldn't touch them. Ben Wysocki and Maurice Johnson got the ball rolling...had my alignment checked, got two new rims, 4 new tires...and the person that used my car will never drive it again... Ben has always been very honest and doesn't make me feel "gouged" when I bring in my car. More
