Tough situation - Service team did the right thing Giving a good review is easy when all that was done was an oil change with a free cookie and a car wash. But today was actually a tough situation, and it was here that Brookdale Honda service showed their true colors. The problem was regarding the failure of the EGR valve (3 year warranty) but, in this specific case, the failure was already known to be caused by an erroneous command from the Powertrain Control Module (5 year powertrain warranty), and I had purchased my Odyssey 4 years ago. So this was far from a clear-cut situation of how to proceed. Bryan and Chad were able to resolve the situation well by mid-day. They even went as far as contacting the American Honda corporate office to explain the situation and work out all the details to everyone's satisfaction. I was very pleased to hear they took this step instead of just making a quick judgment. It is important to me that I am able to trust a service provider *before* signing on the dotted line. And this was truly a situation to either build or erode that trust. After today, I will gladly return to Brookdale Honda for service beyond the basic oil change. More
I was ignored and disrespected!! They don't care about their customers, the first time I had to wait more that six hours and the second time more than hour hour. They completely forgot about you, in fact the second time, the person who took my car in went home and he didn't bother to let the next person to know about me and my car, That was very unprofessional. Plus they come up with different lie/fake reasons to charge you. They lied and tricked me, for something my car didn't need and they charged me. That was ridiculous and extortion! I even talk to the manager and left her some voicemail but she don't respond back at all. That is very unprofessional, sad and disrespectful. I will never go back again!! I was ignored and disrespected!! More

This is the first time I had ever been to Luther Honda, and I had an appointment at 630am, but equally I just couldn't believe as to the extent of the beauty of the dealership.. But above all we only come back for one reason and that is the service we receive and the attention we get. I know personally first hand how I want to be treated and I received just that at Luther Honda. Even the service manager Brian was so prompt on responding to my concerns. They are quick and professional. I live in south minneapolis and their are a few honda dealerships that are closer to me. But I go to Brookdale honda because I know that their customer service quality is consistent. They seem genuinely caring about the safety and concerns that I have. I couldnt ask for better quality service. Thank you! I don't remember the names of the other service team members that helped me but they were all great. Even the front desk ladies were friendly and gave excellent service. They all deserve a raise.! Great customer service is hard to come by these days. More

They actually pursued me to bring the car to them for the needed updates. When I arrived with my car, I wasn't treated like a guy with a second hand, 8 year old Honda. I was treated like I'd just purchased their top of the line. They arranged for a loaner vehicle for me, the parts were confirmed in-stock before my arrival and the work was done on time. They even ran the car through the wash for me! Their facility is state of the art and spotless. All of the folks I dealt with were cheerful and courteous. What more can a customer ask? More

The waiting room is quite comfortable and well stocked with light refreshments for while you wait. I feel confident my vehicle was fully inspected and serviced as promised. I have been to other 'quick stops' but have experienced where the filter wasn't even changed or experienced oil leaks after. I invested in my vehicle and want it to last so if you're in the area Brookdale Honda is the place to go for your car needs! They even provide a complimentary car wash!
