Great Service AND Honesty I dropped my car off on January 18 and rented a car, which is easy to do. I had several maintenance things needed and I told them that the car is making some noise and asked them to check the exhaust system. I received a call and was told that they recommend I do not replace the system at this time as it has not rusted through. I appreciated their honesty. I also own a Nissan and the service here is way better!! More
They will talk you into a 3000 warranty that is useless I bought a 2012 Honda from Luther. I love it. When I bought it, they told me that the Warranty was a great investment in the vehicle. I spent $3000 with the understanding that anything that went wrong, I would just have a $100 deductible. When my Check engine light came on, instead of taking it to one of the auto part stores that would tell me the problem for FREE, I took it to Luther Honda to get it checked out. They charged me $160.00 and then said they turned the light off and it wasn’t covered by the warranty. They admitted that there was an intermittent issue, but because they couldn’t duplicate it, I just needed to pay the $160 and if it happened again, to bring it back. I hope that the problem happens again before my useless warranty expires. The employees show empathy but that doesn’t change the facts. More

No concept of time! I made an appt for an oil change. I was told it would take an hour and twenty minutes. Here I am almost two hours later! It’s so frustrating that I cannot rely on a dealership service center to do what they say they are going to do in the time frame they say they will do it in. I came back to Honda because of their previous excellent customer service, now I always leave disappointed after paying good money to be treated that way. Their staff was friendly but it didn’t make the time spent working on my car go by any faster. More

Got there at 930 on 8/18 pulled my car into service bay stood there for 10 min as the service writers help other customers that pulled in after i did. I was finally help by a very nice service writer and was informed that in fact that it would not be covered. If they made more of an effort when making the appointment they could have told me that over the phone. As a tech at another dealer we cover stuff all the time that is out of warrenty by a short time.i guess hyundai cares more about there customers then honda does. UPDATE : called them later that day to tell them that i read the tsb and it states 7yrs or 100'000 ( mine is a 2011 with 90k) the service writer jeff told me he would look into it and call me back but never called me back. The worst customer service i have ever recieved. More

Last week I took my Accord in for routine maintenance and Whitney stopped out in the service area to say "hi" .. I casually mentioned that leasing might be a better option for me at this point...she was on it! she asked me what I was thinking, my preferences ... wham, bam!! I'm test driving a 2016 Honda Civic. Both times I have worked with Whitney she has been super easy to deal with. She is very professional, but in a laid-back way; high pressure sales is definitely NOT her thing. She had the answers to alllll of my questions; and she knew her inventory, which meant I wasn't sitting around waiting while she "went to go check" I have already recommended Whitney to a couple of friends and will continue "spreading the word" ... She gets it done ... and you have fun doing it. What could be better than that?! More
