Would consider going elsewhere I have always recommended Honda and the service center and speak highly of the service I have received until yesterday. I came in with an appointment I have always recommended Honda and the service center and speak highly of the service I have received until yesterday. I came in with an appointment because my car felt UNSAFE to drive. The service rep Chad Zastrow refused to listen and acknowledge my concern and was so incredibly patronizing and disrespectful. He suggested that nothing was wrong and I leave before even checking my brakes and tires as I had made an appointment for. Because there was no service light and I still had some tread he assumed I was misguided in my UNSAFE claim. I prefer to not have an accident because of some arrogant service rep. who would have sent me back out on the road doing nothing. Even after saying that I was not leaving without my car being checked he continued with the patronizing. I had to insist on new tires and having my brakes checked. Brakes were ok but SURPRISE my car is not sliding like it had previously with new tires. In order to make this visit pleasant all he had to do was listen and acknowledge instead he tried to make me feel like I was overreacting. I know how to drive and what is normal and am thankful I continued to insist on getting my car fixed. More
Appointment for srs pop up red light. Services there was great. Employees there comes to you and ask if your help. Also offer coffee, cookies in the break room and other drinks/snacks. Accommodating service I had dash lights intermittently pop on and off for abt a week. I was going on vacation & Jeff was very accommodating to let me leave my car while gon I had dash lights intermittently pop on and off for abt a week. Dishonest service representative I feel an agent of Luther Brookdale Honda is dishonest. She attempted to take advantage of an older man by not be honest. Ashley tried to sell me a ti I feel an agent of Luther Brookdale Honda is dishonest. She attempted to take advantage of an older man by not be honest. Also after twice debated with her regarding my Sentinal service agreement she was mistaken that the replacement would be covered. More

Dead battery The battery died twice in 4 days, though there was only 7000 mi on the car. The young woman at the service desk, Irene, was very nice and caring, as well as professional. They ran diagnostics and replaced the battery and even washed the car. I had to wait, but less time than I expected More

Oil spilled on engine cradle and not cleaned up! Service with Ashley exceeded expectations.. And vehicle was washed when picked up! Awesome! Great experience until I looked under vehicle last evening only to see dirty oil spots on garage floor concrete!! Really, I’m left wondering; do the oil change techs not have access to towels or rags to wipe up oil they spill during change?? I know the 2.4 filter is in a precarious spot. But honestly. We the vehicle owner paid to have the oil changed. We didn’t pay to have vehicle come back stain the concrete / wipe floor and then lay on floor to access / wipe up a the lower rail of the engine cradle and area because it’s all over the rail and CV shaft was covered in dirty oil so then it spun around once vehicle was in motion. Service manager - NOTE to your Service techs wipe up oil that’s spilled!! More
