Oil change took 2 hours I had an appointment at 7:45am and got there a little early. Expected the longest it would take is an hour. After 1 hour and 45 minutes I started losi I had an appointment at 7:45am and got there a little early. Expected the longest it would take is an hour. After 1 hour and 45 minutes I started losing my patience and went to find someone. No one had updated me on the status or why it could possibly be taking so long. After I asked it took him a couple minutes to find the keys and paperwork that apparently were just sitting there, who knows how long. I guess they couldn’t be bothered to find me and send me on my way. Unacceptable. Completely unacceptable. I’ve been a customer for 12 years which is why I’ll give them one more chance. If it happens again, I’m moving on. More

Happy with service. My first visit since car purchase. Happy with overall service. Oil change done promptly. As I've only had it a few months I was thinking that I just didn't understand it. She acted very disinterested and said she had no idea what was wrong. How could she as she didn't even offer to take a look at it. I then walked into sales room and a nice guy by the name of John walked outside with me and helped me with the problem. We were not 100% sure it was working correctly as it opened okay half the time and stuck the others. He advised me to make an appointment if problem continued. I so appreciated him taking a minute to look at it as if I was the problem then he could have diagnosed that right away. He was my hero of the night. Ashley was just okay as she wasn't willing to spend an extra 3 minutes with me. Makes all the difference in the world. Let her know this. Your finance person was great, very friendly (a woman). More

Same Day Oil Change Called at 10:15 a.m. on 1/24 and was able to get an appt. for 11:00 same day. Met promptly at the service entrance. Tires were low so they were inflated to the proper pressure, the oil was changed and the car was washed, all in about an hour. Coupon was honored even though I left it on my kitchen counter. Enjoyed coffee and the STRIB while waiting. More
