Luther Brookdale Honda - Service Center

Brought my vehicle in multiple times to get a rear reflector clipped back in place. The first 3 appointments the issue was ignored. The most recent appointment the wrong part was worked on, parts wer reflector clipped back in place. The first 3 appointments the issue was ignored. The most recent appointment the wrong part was worked on, parts were lost and technician’s tools left in my vehicle. Made 3 more trips to return the tools, return the wrong parts I was told to buy in error and then was charged $160 to install the correct clips even though we planned on installing them ourselves. Will be going to any other service provider in the future. Good luck to you guys, you’ll need it with the service experiences we’ve had. More
