I went in for service for a total of $630. I left with 1 tire overinflated and 3 tires under-inflated. The tire pressure monitor was lit and my husband ended up fixing the tires. When we contacted the service department they checked with the technician. They called back and were apologetic and asked how they could make us happy without offering anything. It makes us wonder if they did any of the work that they were supposed to do. We will think twice about bringing any of our three Honda vehicles to Brookdale Honda for service. More
