I had service minder B including oil change done at Brookdale Honda. They forgot to reset the oil change reader back to 100% after the service. The car had starter issue post the service. So I went to Brookdale Honda. They forgot to reset the oil change reader back to 100% after the service. The car had starter issue post the service. So I went to the dealership again. They diagnosed and told me battery needs to be replaced and that statter has no issue. I paid $114 for the diagnosis. Though the battery was less than 3 years old I still believed the Honda service center and replaced with a new battery. Both old and new are Interstate battery. The starter issue did not go away. So I called the service advisor again. This time they diagnosed without charging me and said starter needs to be replaced and provided me with a quote for replacement. I just thanked and came back. I will never go back to Brookdale Honda again whether for a service or buying a car. Never ever again. More
I’ve been going to Luther Brookdale Honda for five years now, and honestly I have yet to have a bad experience. The service consultants are always really helpful and I like the fact that they generally don now, and honestly I have yet to have a bad experience. The service consultants are always really helpful and I like the fact that they generally don’t try to sell me parts and services that I don’t need (I use the word “ generally” because it has happened once or twice in the past). My last visit was great! My vehicle was given the service that I asked for, and the work was completed even earlier than expected. Thank you! More
I thought we were over charged for a service that should have been found when I brought the van in a couple weeks ago. I am wondering if anyone really tested the battery in the previous appointment.
