I have typically had great experiences at this Honda location. This time it was not so great. My car which is two month old needed major repairs and parts ordered. I know it takes time to get parts orde location. This time it was not so great. My car which is two month old needed major repairs and parts ordered. I know it takes time to get parts ordered especially with new cars. However I received messages that my car was ready. I show up to honda and was told it wasn’t actually. While my service advisor was out Ben offered to keep us informed of what was happening. We had to beg for alternate transportation. When it was finally given and we got our car back we were charged $135 from the rental car company because the rental “was overdue”. Honda told us they would return it and they were the ones handling the rental. Ben offered his direct line if we needed anything but when we called he didn’t answer. He also made no eye contact with us when we picked up the car. I know we aren’t the only customer and this location is busy but this was our only car that we just purchased and we felt written off on multiple occasions. I hope others don’t have this experience as well. More
