I have purchased 2 new cars (2005 Accord and 2010 Accord) and 1 used car (2004 Civic) from this dealer, all with Nash Tawfeek. Nash was very knowledgeable about the models. Although additional dealer installed options were discussed, he did not pressure me to buy them when I declined some. Because of Honda's reliability, I have had no need to bring in the 2005 for any work so I couldn't grade them on their overall service. The 2010 is still too new to need anything, but it runs like a dream. I would definitely buy a vehicle from heare again and I have already mentioned this dealer to my family and friends. More

I had brought my Ridgeline in for service and while waiting, decided to find out more about the Honda Sale Event with low interest being offered at the dealership. Working with Dave Mix was great! He answered all my questions and took some time to show me all the available Honda Pilot within my price range. Due to my bad credit, I did not get the best rate( rate too high! ). But, I needed a bigger vehicle for my family. So I traded in my Honda CRV- Dealer offered me very low trade in and I was disappointed. Anyway, Alex managed to find financing through American Honda Financing and the rate was very high due to my bad credit. Dave did stay in constant communication throughout the whole process even thought it took several hours to complete. Overall, I got a nice Honda Pilot but feel the whole buying process was really exhausting and the wait was very long! I will bring my car in for oil change.. More
