We received quick answers from Brad Jerde to the questions we asked on email about a new Civic. He called to notify us of the interest rate change. I am very pleased with my new CR-V, as a lot of thought went into this purchase and I can not say enough good things about how well everything has worked out. Michelle was very pleasant and helpful in explaining everything and no hard sell or questionable closing tactics were attempted, even when my wife was hesitant to commit herself initially as she had wanted to look more widely at other options to the CR-V before deciding. But everything we had wanted in a new vehicle was there and she eventually decided she did not need to wait for another choice. The 1.9% financing really helped us to decide quickly as it saved us considerable $$$ over our other financing choices and still we saved about &1,000 off the list price as well, as the sticker was already reduced and a number of dealer installed options had been basically thrown in for free. The only slight negative I can think of is the lack of more CR-Vs to choose from as they did not have many available to look at. But the one we purchased was what we wanted for the most part, even down to the color of the interior. Also, my decisions regarding add-ons such as extended warranties and other packages (mostly "no") were respected by the finance manager without any pushy responses or negative attitude, which impressed me. Overall it was smooth and a contrast to other new car purchases I have completed in the past. 4.5 out of 5 stars at least. More
Lowel did a great job and I'm very happy with his service, and the finance guys were great to work with also. I'm not happy with my trade in value that was given to me and not getting a owners man service, and the finance guys were great to work with also. I'm not happy with my trade in value that was given to me and not getting a owners manual with car these days isnt very good. To many buttons and not knowing how to operate them is a challenge. Other than that they did a great job and Lowell put up with me wanting to drive different cars. Thanks again guys John More
Since my wife wants an awd. We found the 06 Siena limited AWD @68000 mlies. The whole proces was average. The price tage was $22995 and we were told that Brookdale Honda will never negociate the price tage I was skaptical about it but since my wife always want this type of van we procceeded to buy the Van. I never heard from any dealers in the past that they will never negociate the price. This is something new to us. I put down $5000.00 cash and write $349.68 check and I was not given the recieve for the down payment of $5349.68. I did not asked for the recieve either what so bad was that the finace person hand writen the milage on the paperwork/title and we have to go back to signe the title paper. Very average sercive in my opinion when comparing to other dealers in the area. Poor on detailing of the van, oily inside on some of the pannels. More

Erin was very pleasant to deal with and seemed pretty well informed. She spoke too softly as it was hard for me to hear her. Everything took MUCH longer to accomplish than Erin explained....getting som well informed. She spoke too softly as it was hard for me to hear her. Everything took MUCH longer to accomplish than Erin explained....getting some touch up done on our new "used" car, getting tires exchanged, the whole sales process, etc. The most frustrating part of the sales process was having Erin running back & forth between me and the new sales manager, Ryan, regarding the trade in value of my vehicle. Finally Erin had Ryan meet directly with me and we were then able to finally clinch the deal after one additional try. I was a serious buyer determined to make a deal but the process was very frustrating. We are still waiting for the window sticker to be mailed to us as we told Erin we wanted to keep it for our records. One thing I was VERY disappointed in....the detailing on the car when it was ready for pickup. Two of the tires did not have any of the shiney spray on them....dull and dirty; the inside windows were not clean; the body of the car appeared to have a quick wash but was not wiped down very well as there were spots all over. Adam was fine to work with....very business like but little to no "bed side manner." It apppeared he was very busy and needed to get on with the next customer. More
