The people I work with at Brookdale actually take the time to teach me what's happening with my car if I don't understand something or have questions. I've had to do a lot of small fixes on my own with various cars so I'm not a complete dunce but I won't pretend to be any kind of car expert...and they take that as an opportunity to teach not tease.
