Wow! What a wonderful new building. Not only attractive, but very well planned. I had every comfort and convenience I could hope for. Excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised to find a cubicle, free internet and snacks to spend my time while my vehicle underwent spa treatment. I had a pleasant experience buying a new Odyssey tonight. Nash was very good to work with and helped me understand both the car and the process - I would highly recommend him. I did not experience any of the "normal" pressures or games of car buying. Even the finance guy was not at all pushy. I had done my research and knew what I was willing to pay, and they accepted my offer. Upon picking up the car, we noticed a few small pin-sized bumps in the body paint and they were very quick to arrange for taking care of them. Seems like a very minor defect today, in the emotion of a new car, but could become a major problem if it rusted. A very good experience all around, so I am happy to give five stars. More

Brought our honda pilot in for recall on headlights. we discovered a problem when leaving with steering wheel "bouncing". Returned to dealership and Jay did a test ride with us and diagnosed a problem wit discovered a problem when leaving with steering wheel "bouncing". Returned to dealership and Jay did a test ride with us and diagnosed a problem with one of our tires. Ben called good year and they offered a small percentage towards a new tire. I called goodyear with number Ben gave me and after insisting this was a defective tire she agreed to call and speak with Jay. After speaking with Jay who confirmed tire had about a 6 inch area that was defective...separating, our cost went from $65 to $30 for a replacement tire..($51 with mounting) Not fun to have problems with tires but we're happy with the resolution. We plan to return for our 105,000 mile service. More

Since I just purchased my 2012 Accord in July, I had a few questions on operating some things in my car and Ben took the time to explain things to me while sitting with me in my car. Ben Wysocki was very polite & professional. However, in trying to get an appointment, I was UNABLE to get through to Express Service desk 3 times when I called. The phone did not roll back to the opera in trying to get an appointment, I was UNABLE to get through to Express Service desk 3 times when I called. The phone did not roll back to the operator even when 2 of the times I held for more than 3 minutes. I finally drove over to your building to get service and to register my displeasure with your phone situation. Even if you are in the process of moving to new facilities a customer should not be left dangling on hold, nor should one have to leave a recorded message for a return call. Often recorded messages are not returned in a timely fashion because of other customers right in front of you or the recorded message is overlooked or missed entirely. Customers want to leave a message to a "live" person for immediate attention. Having been in sales for over 30 years I know that your present satisfied customers are your best source for future new car sales and future service work. Please get your telephone proficiency up to the standards of your sales and service departments. Thank you, Guy Wills More
