I bought my Honda Fit used from this dealership. I have been very happy with the car, but I also am happy with their service. They do a good job at not making you wait for long periods. I went to this dealer to get a B13 maintenance service on my car. I had to wait 15 min. for somebody to come and talk to me. 1 person (not at the counter) came to me and started talking to me and took all th my car. I had to wait 15 min. for somebody to come and talk to me. 1 person (not at the counter) came to me and started talking to me and took all the details about the service I need. I told him not to do the "1" service i.e. rotate tires. He asked me to wait in the lobby. After some time another guy came in and told me that the service was done and they did not rotate the tires as requested and he said he will have to prepare my invoice and left. He asked me to wait at the payment counter and said he will be back with the invoice. I waited there for 20 min and no body showed up. I talked to the payment counter lady and asked her to see what is happening. She left and came back with my invoice I paid the invoice and came home. I have some concerns about the service - B13 service is regular Oil change and multi point inspection, Tier rotation and Transmission oil change This dealer charged me for oil change and multipoint inspection, tire rotation (which was not done as requested), did not charge me for parts for transmission oil change, which he is now claming that it was done and the parts department has failed to put the transmission oil charge on the invoice (which is difficult to trust). So finally after paying ~$150 I am skeptical about if the tires are rotated or not, transmission oil changed or not. Very disappointed. An excellent example of poor customer service and lack of co-ordination between various people working with a customer. More

I brought my new CRV in for an oil change and an anti freeze leak. The service was very good. I had received in the mail a flyer from three Luther dealers each flyer had an oil change price. and each was freeze leak. The service was very good. The three service doors are confusing as to which one to enter. One of the many messages I listened to when I made the service appointment talked about the move into the new building in a few weeks. Are you moving again? The two new facilities are a welcome addition to Brooklyn Center. More

There is a vibration in the tires on my new CRV, and there was a leak from the automatic transmission. They replaced the O ring between the transmission and transfer case to fix the leak, and re- balanc there was a leak from the automatic transmission. They replaced the O ring between the transmission and transfer case to fix the leak, and re- balanced the tires to try to reduce the vibaration I feel in my hands on the steeting wheel, and my feet on the floor of the driver's compartment. I can still feel the tire vibration, but it is less than before. The service people, Amada Borreson, Zac Schwartz, and manager Jay Hanf did a good job, treated me very nice, and listened to my problems. I think there was a factory manufacturing failure when the transfer case was attached to the transmission, and I think the Bridgestone tires are not very good quality, and require too much weight to get them in balance.
