They are honest and forthright about your repairs and service options. I took my 2010 Accord here for regular maintenance according to the in-dash maintenance minder. My experience with Luther Honda service was great. My window quit working, after trying a new switch the mechanic found the wiring harness was bad. It took longer than what we had expected due to having window quit working, after trying a new switch the mechanic found the wiring harness was bad. It took longer than what we had expected due to having to overnight the part but they were great to give me a loaner to use and Maurice was very good at keeping me informed on what they found. I will definately go back for future repairs. More
