I had a coupon for an oil change at $26.99, I was still charged $35.81 for the oil change. I was contacted by Brian saying I needed additional work done, including spark plugs replaced. I got the feeling they didn't actually check the items they wanted me to replace but instead checked to see what hadn't been done because the car has over 227,500 miles on it. More

We own a 2004 CRV and it was in for its 90,000 mile check-up. I let Zac know upon my arrival that I needed to be out of there in a timely manner because of appointments later that afternoon.
