Our sales consultant was- William Carr, who dealt with us with the utmost care. We were explained all options of additional car add ons without the pushiness of having to purchase. We felt very comfortable with his: knowledge of the CRV's , his very likable attitude and thankful for his *Service to our Country*. We all know it takes awhile at a dealership from the picking a car, to trade in's, to finances, to ownership...so we spent 4 hours excited for our purchase feeling well taken care of. As we tell our friends about Luther Brookdale Honda and also about William Carr being a *good guy to work with* there. Thank you again William....we love the car!! More

Zac appeared like he actually cared about doing the right thing for my vehicle while it was being repaired. if i had just dealt with him it would have been all fives. Amanda is not unfriendly-she's just not thing for my vehicle while it was being repaired. if i had just dealt with him it would have been all fives. Came in for recall work. The new dealership is wonderful. I liked the waiting area and the service was fast and well done. I was in a car accident in Des Moines Iowa. My destination was Texas, It was cut short when I was blindsided and didnt see a vehicle coming next to me as I was entering the right lane. I was on 35S and the cruise was set at 73 miles per hour. I got back in my lane when the vehicle in the right lane turned and drove into my Honda, My honda was hit at the high speed on the passenger side, threw us under a guard rail and into the ditch. First, Honda stood up to its name. The other vehicle was non driveable, my honda pulled out like a trooper, though the body is badly wounded, the main frame, mechanical, electrial, engine, everything else was fine. The safety feature of the car was more than golden, we were not injured at all. The mirror on the drivers side was severed off, so I needed it replaced as soon as possible. When I brought the car in to Des Moines Honda, the police wanted me to make sure it was driveable, they advised the car was a total loss. I took it to an auto collision center who advised the car could drive, ok to drive back to Minneapolis. When I took the car to Luther Brookdale Honda, I met Laura, she was so sweet, and very concerned and showed compassion for what I had been through, and my poor Honda. She got me in right on time with my appointment, and the time she estimated would be about 45 minutes. She explained the process, so I understood. She welcomed me to the waiting area to have coffee and a cookie if I wanted. When she came back Laura explained the process, advised where my car was parked, showed me where to pay the bill, and at my surprise the bill was a small amount lower than quoted earlier. I felt so happy with my service I came right home and let my facebook world know how great Brookdale Honda is, for their honesty, and friendliness. I love my honda and my honda dealership. Luther Brookdale Honda referred me to the Luther automive I now have an appointment to start the repairs, though it is expensive, I am happy my car is not a total loss, and I am so thankful I did not sell it back to Des Moines Iowa Honda! The visor on the driver's side of my 2007 Honda Civic fell off. I found online that there was actually this problem with a lot of the Civics and so it would be covered under my warranty. So, I brought it into the dealership, and it was completely covered, which was awesome, because it meant I could see again when driving in the sun! I was helped by Maurice and he was super helpful. Everything was very fast and efficient, and having been the first time I had to bring my car in for any kind of service, I was amazed at how it took much less stress and time than I thought it would. I had scheduled the appointment for 3:45 and was told that it would take a couple hours to fix. So I was definitely happy that when I dropped my car off at 2:00 (to save myself a drive later that day), they had it turned around and ready by the time it was 3:00. Maurice recognized my boyfriend and I when we came back in and pointed us in the right direction to get the car. The dealership itself was really cool. Everything was pristine, clean, and appealing to the eye. I would definitely come back to this particular dealership. More
