I had a really good experience with Honda! I had a leased 2011 CRV Limited Edition that was coming due in about 3 months and I was getting close to my miles limit and was starting to get nervous abou leased 2011 CRV Limited Edition that was coming due in about 3 months and I was getting close to my miles limit and was starting to get nervous about it. We had planned to go into the dealership very soon to see what our options were. Before we had a chance to do that we were pleasantly surprised to be contacted by Julia Nienaber via e-mail reminding us that our lease was coming due and that if we wanted to talk about our options that we could contact her. It was like she read our minds! We set up a time and went in a few days later and she was absolutely wonderful. In all the other experiences I've had with car dealerships it has never been very pleasant but she made us feel comfortable and was very understanding about our current situation. We didn't have a ton of time but we were able to look at the vehicles that we were interested in along with taking them out for a test drive. While we were test driving vehicles with Julia, she had my 2011 CRV inspected and evaluated so that when we returned we were able to actually look at the numbers. We went over the options of buying my current lease out or re-leasing a new vehicle. We talked about what the payments needed to be around and she brought in someone from the finance department to talk with us. Initially we didn't think we were going to be able to afford the vehicle we wanted but after talking more with the man from Finance (I believe his name was Kit?) we worked out a number that we could all live with. We came back the next day and my brand new 2014 CRV was ready for me. We had to do some more paper work and in the agreement I received a gift card to use at the dealership for anything and my 2011 had tinted windows since it was a limited edition and since Honda didn't make a limited edition for the 2014 CRV (at least not yet) I wanted to use the gift card to have my windows tinted and it covered it completely. The sales department even picked up the cost of my rental vehicle (which may or may not have been part of the gift card, I'm not sure). I brought my new car in 2 days later and they had a rental car all ready for me. That is when I had a brief interaction with Ben (I'm almost positive it was him). He was very accommodating and friendly. He also contacted me as soon as my vehicle was completed and ready to be picked up. I also had an interaction with a women who dealt with the rental vehicles but I can't remember her name but she was also really great! Julia took the extra initiative to get some items that I had accidently left in the old car and made a point to come and see me when I picked up my car with newly tinted windows. I was really pleased with Julia's service. I know that she is fairly new to the sales floor and that felt like a benefit to me as the customer because she wasn't the "typical sales person" who can be pushy and intimidating. Julia was very personable, friendly, fair, understanding and has a great personality. I felt like she was looking out for my best interest instead of trying to push something on me that I wasn't able to afford. I just really felt like we were working with a good person which I personally think is really important. I have always hated having to deal with car dealerships in general but the site is fairly new and very accomodating with free snacks, drinks, personal TV's and a kids area. I really enjoyed the experience I had with leasing my new 2014 CRV and I know that is mainly because of Julia and the incredible customer service she provided. She made an experience that I had been dreading and stressing out about into an easy and even a little fun experience. I would without a single doubt, recommend Julia to anybody that is looking to buy or lease a vehicle. She has even been great about following up with us about if we have any questions and how we are liking our new vehicle. I really appreciate that after she already made the sale she is still more than willing to answer any questions we may have and offer her assistance. I am very happy with my purchase. I especially appreciated the All Wheel Drive over the past couple of days with all of the snow and the slippery roads. My old CRV did not have this feature and I can't believe the difference it makes. MANY times over the past few years I wasn't even able to make it up my driveway without getting stuck or trying multiple times and even then I was still sometimes unsuccessful. I am EXTREMELY grateful that I made the decision to pay the extra money to have the All Wheel Drive, it is definitely worth every single penny. I LOVE my new vehicle and am incredibly grateful that Julia was the person we were able to work with to make it all happen! More
Took my 07 si coupe in for recall of a paint job on top of my car (sun/moon roof area), I worked with Ben wysocki, a great guy to work with, he also got my hood repainted allthough I didn't even know ther of my car (sun/moon roof area), I worked with Ben wysocki, a great guy to work with, he also got my hood repainted allthough I didn't even know there was a recall on that as well. I also had some other problems in my car which required computerized dignosing and costs about $100 to $150 which i didnt have to pay for because they took the right steps before dignosing and resolved my issues..He knows what customer expects and has great knowledge of products and services. I'm 100% satisfied with his services and would recommend anyone to ask for Ben Wysocki for any service related issues. More

Over the last couple of years I have dealt with a variety of service advisors and I have been extremely pleased with each and every one of your thoroughness, respect and promptness to get whatever the service at hand completed and completed accurately. Its much appreciated that every little detail of the service is gone over with me prior to paying the bill and any questions and special requests are answered as well. The new building is amazing. The thing I like most about coming back to Brookdale Honda for routine service of my car is that the customers are not treated just as customers but we are treated as family. Showing that level of respect and common courtesy to your clients will definitely keep them coming back :) I would rather give you guys my business than the other two Honda dealers near me just for that very reason. Loved working with Will! My husband actually purchased our new Honda Pilot and then came home and told me about it. I had bought my first car at Brookdale Honda, so I had to go in and sign over the title our new Honda Pilot and then came home and told me about it. My lease on my 2011 CR-V was expiring, and I wanted to know my options. We spoke on the phone about what I was looking for. I explained to him that I'm very impatient (I am), I didn't have a lot of time to sit at the dealership (I didn't), and I just wanted to get through things quickly (which they did). Will was really prepared for my appointment with the cars to show me, and everything went very smoothly. I was in and out in two hours, and he was both very aware and respectful of my time, as I had a "hard stop" because I had an event to get to. I'm a Honda owner for life, and I'll definitely recommend Will to my friends when they're looking for a new car! More
