Easy to schedule an appointment online and dropped off the vehicle night b Brought in my Odyssey for some minor maintenance - oil change, trim repair. Easy to schedule an appointment online and dropped off the vehicle night before for a 745am appointment. Vehicle ended up only getting oil change and a basic rubber seal for the driver's door was not in stock and had to be ordered so I have to return to get that done. The vehicle wasn't available until after 12pm and for such minor repairs that seemed like quite a while. These are minor issues but overall service was excellent otherwise. More

Outstanding Service It was time to replace my 2005 Saturn Vue and was recommended to stop by Honda Brookdale. Initially met with Kieth Ellenberg and introduced me to Will Carr. Will was very friendly and welcoming to me and my partner. I kind of new what I was looking for and he was patient and knowledgeable on what would be good for me and my family. When I stated I wanted some time to think he did not pressure for an immediate decision, he opened the door for another visit. Took me 2 days to realize this is where I wanted to come back and make the deal. He was also very upfront with my trade in and gave some good advice. Showed up and again Will was great and I left the dealership with a 2015 Honda CRV EXL...Great all around!!! More
