Melissa first recorded my questions in detail into the computer and brought them to the tech and called me to the jobsite to get the detailed info. I really appreciate it. After then, she followed with the issues during my conversation with the tech and put all the info on the paper work including potential service quotes. I am very impressed. Thank you Melissa. Emergency Problem turned into a no brainer at the dealer April 7, 2015 Had an unexpected problem with my 2014 CRV. After a short trip the car didn't start, we waited about 15 minutes it started. We drove directly to Luther Brookdale Honda and met Maurice Johnson in the service area, explained the problem. Maurice said he would get into service and have the battery and charging system checked out. About 40 minutes later he found me and explained that everything looked fine, but on checking service bulletins found a repair related to our situation. Service had already started the repair and we were on our way in about 2 hrs. No appointment and a service upgrade in that short time, these guys have it all together.
