Service dept. employees are very understaffed. I tried to make an appointment over the phone and after waiting 5 min's i decided to leave a message, no one returned my call after 6 hrs? I brought my truc to make an appointment over the phone and after waiting 5 min's i decided to leave a message, no one returned my call after 6 hrs? I brought my truck in for it's first oil change and no one had time to talk to me except the cashier. I was informed later my front tires are damaged from not getting them rotated. No one told me i needed this service done, but there computer says i was talked to about this. Now i have a new truck with tires that are no good. Service mgr. said lets wait and see what happens??? This is a $40,000 truck, i feel i deserved much better care from an alledged 5 star dealer. Todd Johnson More

I thought that telling the customer the price of the service/part at the time of repair doesn't give the customer a chance to price compare. You feel helpless and feel the pressure to say yes to whateve service/part at the time of repair doesn't give the customer a chance to price compare. Got a load of surprises when it came time to sign the paperwork for the vehicle....very disconcerting. Have had issues with my steering since purchase and I'm told that it is normal. Also, had an oil change and they did not reset so it still says I need an oil change or perhaps I did not get what I paid for???? Additionally, although I have not had time to pursue. The vehicle does not start properly and the AC does not come on when you push the button. Not so very pleased. More

The only issue I had was that my free oil changes did not show up - I was to recieve them based on buying an extended warranty. I did not get much help in figuring this out from the service area. Everything was taken care of quickly and they did everything they said they were going to do as promised when I bought the vehicle. Gave me a ride to and from work.
