I was leery of using them due to a problem I had with my Dodge Caravan where I was ahcrged $340 and the problem was not fixed. Well now I had requested they reprogram the tcm because there was a service bulletin about issues after a transmission fluid change. That was the issue I was having so that had to be the issue. They claimed they never heard such a thing, even though they are a Chrysler dealer. They belittled me for "thinking I was a mechanic" and that they would do the reprogram, but then would need to charge me another $120 (so $240 total) to make sure nothing else was wrong and ther probably would be, according to David. He claimed that it was sure to be an expensive repair. How he knew this I don't know because he hadn't looked under the hood or test drove it! At any rate I was not comfortable leaving it there so I went elsewhere. The Transmission shop in Golden Valley knew exactly what I was talking about and said it was a very common problem in Chryslers! Guess what they charge for the reprogramming? $20!! So Brookdale Chrysler Jeep wanted to make sure I had an expensive issue and wanted at least $240 for something they admit they are not knowledgeable about and it got fixed in 15 minutes at the Transmission shop for $20. Do not use Luther Brookdale Jeep Chrysler unless you want to pay way too much and probably not have your problem repaired. Also, women should not use this company. They seem to think women are stupid. I bet if a man had come in and requested the reprogramming they'd have just done it with no argument! Although they would have overcharged the men, too. I recommend that no one ever use them for servicing your car! More
My experience was good until I tried to get a return call from the person I dealt with regarding a question I had about my vehicle. I left a detailed message and he never returned my call. I easily made an appointment for service on line. Service was performed quickly and as scheduled. I was a bit surprised to have to pay hazardous disposal and shop supplies fees for a tire rotation a Service was performed quickly and as scheduled. I recently came in for my first service call since purchasing my pre-owned Dodge Grand Caravan. The srevice dept took care of all my issues, gave me a ride to a near by establishment, picked me up whe purchasing my pre-owned Dodge Grand Caravan. I have been going to this dealership over the last 4 years to service my Pacifica. They have very good service and an excellent waiting room (free internet). Great service- exceedingly quick, explained everything, and got me in on REALLY short notice. I have been coming here since I bought the car and have had all of my services done there. I brought my minivan in for repair they said it was fixed we did not even get out of the sevice area and the problem was still there. They reorder the part and said they sent it out next day air. For a week told me that fed-x had lost it. They quoted the part and labor would not run over 500.00 when I went to pick it up the bill was 600 dollars so it cost me 800.00 and took them two weeks to fix. That is the last time I will ever do buisness with them!!! More

If you never fixed the issue, how could you charge me the second time around? I paid for the first visit, I shouldn't have to pay for the second. Spoke with the Service Manager and he was not so nice, these folks definitely need some customer service classes!!! More

I brought my car in for an oil change and at the suggestion by Blake, had my transmission fluid and filter changed as well. I was told that this would take 1 1/2 hours. I ended up being there for 3. In that time, I was never kept apprised of what was happening. I had to go and ask myself what the status was on my car. Blake was very apologetic and sincere, but it didn't go very far in easing my frustration. More
