Replacing a key fob on a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2011 -- reprogramming / washing car done in 20 minutes, "paperwork" needed 80+ minutes. Service rep "forgot" that I was waiting for my car. It took me standi reprogramming / washing car done in 20 minutes, "paperwork" needed 80+ minutes. Service rep "forgot" that I was waiting for my car. It took me standing right in the car alley for a full 25 minutes to finally get helped. What used to be a simple task : go to a key store and duplicate a key, 5 $ in 5 minutes, now takes $263 and 120 minutes. Let's call this progress. Thank you Jeep! More

I stopped in to get an oil change on my 2008 Ram 1500 4 door 4X4 and while waiting started to look at Jeep Wrangler Unlimiteds. While walking around Mark Cheney approached me and I explained that I was in door 4X4 and while waiting started to look at Jeep Wrangler Unlimiteds. While walking around Mark Cheney approached me and I explained that I was interested in a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon and we looked at a few until we found the 2012 Call of Duty MW3 Edition and I fell in love with it. We quickly came up with a deal that met both our needs and Tim Miller worked up the deal and got me 1.64% interest on a great Jeep. I then met Sam Anzel who walked me around showed me the dealership and helped me get acquainted to the services. Sam also showed me some options for my new Jeep that I may be back for. All three gentlemen made the process painless and quick. Great team and I will recommend them to others! More
