Replacing a key fob on a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2011 -- reprogramming / washing car done in 20 minutes, "paperwork" needed 80+ minutes. Service rep "forgot" that I was waiting for my car. It took me standing right in the car alley for a full 25 minutes to finally get helped. What used to be a simple task : go to a key store and duplicate a key, 5 $ in 5 minutes, now takes $263 and 120 minutes. Let's call this progress. Thank you Jeep! More
