Also Jason and Scott were awesome in keeping me informed and up to date in my repairs. Thank you very much for taking care of me like a person and not a number like other dealers do. I also will keep bringing my journey here for repairs eve. Though I bought it from Luther Kia Nissan in inver grove hights. I don't feel the customer care there as I do here. This dealt really takes it's customers to heart all the way from management down to the technicians. Please recognize Gary, Jason, and Scott as I was so against ever buying a dodge again after my family has owned one or another for over 35 years and counting, and also after talking to dodge directly and getting nowhere I was determined never to buy another dodge. Seat repair for my 2013 Chrylser Town and Country Limited I had one of my Stow and Go seat latches fail on my 2013 Town and Country Limited in such a way as to prevent the seat from being used for seating. I I had one of my Stow and Go seat latches fail on my 2013 Town and Country Limited in such a way as to prevent the seat from being used for seating. I brought it in to Luther Brookdale Chrysler to have it looked at to determine what needed to be done to repair it. On the first visit it took them about 20 minutes to determine that I needed an entire new base unit and so they ordered the part and told me that they would call me when it came in. They were also able to fix the seat on that first visit so that it would work for me until the new part came in. In less than a week the part arrived and they worked with me to schedule an appointment to have it installed. Since I needed a new windshield as well, due to some rock chips that I had received in the past, they contacted Luther Auto Glass to set up an installation of a new windshield while the car was in the shop for the seat repair. Since they were going to keep the car over night, I was given a new, 2014 loaner car to drive. The next day I was able to pick up my car with the new seat base installed and a new windshield, just as promised. Steve Mackey, my repair advisor had done an excellent job of orchestrating the entire process of diagnosis, parts ordering, and interim and final repairs, with absolutely no problems or concerns on my part. The entire experience, like every other that I have had with Luther Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge, was totally excellent, and I would recommend them for any auto repair that may be needed, especially if you use Steve Mackey as your advisor. More

Beware of double charges for diagnosis. I checked an inoperable 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 with 66k miles to find out why it doesn't start, and agreed on one-time fee of $130 for diagnosis, they t I checked an inoperable 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 with 66k miles to find out why it doesn't start, and agreed on one-time fee of $130 for diagnosis, they told me to change a filter in-between and then pay another $130 for an additional diagnosis for a vehicle that is still under warranty. When I questioned their business practice, the service manager threatened, and I quote "I'm gonna push your vehicle out to the middle of the street right now, so it could get towed". I told him to calm down and let me talk to the General Manager, which he refused to do. Only next day, I got ahold of the GM and he told me the solution would be for me to come and pickup the vehicle. Besides all of that, they failed to notify me of two safety recalls that I found out about from Dodge Corporation when I called to put in a complaint. Save your money and time. Do not go there. More
