No one knows how to fix my car here Thus dealership is horrible with ordering and fixing my car. I have been in service for my car about the same exact problem 3 different times. They've said they've fixed the problem 2 separate times which they didn't both times. On top of that, they ordered the wrong radio to replace the one that's messed up. I am so disappointed with this dealership...I pay 490 a month for a dodge charger sxt plus and all I receive is xxxx service. I will never buy a dodge again in my life and I'm only 20 and am on my 3rd car...lots of cars I could have bought down the road from you guys but I'll take my money somewhere else. So disappointed. More

Maybe Luther Brookdale didn't think my Rubicon was that dirty or they lack in service when compared to other area dealers. But other than that, I was satisfied with the quality and speed of service. Very similar to Morrie's and Lupient. Use the express service with no appointment since the soonest I could get an appointment was a week out. More

Also Jason and Scott were awesome in keeping me informed and up to date in my repairs. Thank you very much for taking care of me like a person and not a number like other dealers do. I also will keep bringing my journey here for repairs eve. Though I bought it from Luther Kia Nissan in inver grove hights. I don't feel the customer care there as I do here. This dealt really takes it's customers to heart all the way from management down to the technicians. Please recognize Gary, Jason, and Scott as I was so against ever buying a dodge again after my family has owned one or another for over 35 years and counting, and also after talking to dodge directly and getting nowhere I was determined never to buy another dodge.
