Oil change turns into new Jeep I had stopped in for an oil change, started looking for the dealer I had been acquainted with, I wasn't real happy with the vehicle I had, the V4 didn I had stopped in for an oil change, started looking for the dealer I had been acquainted with, I wasn't real happy with the vehicle I had, the V4 didn't seem to have much pulling power for my small camper, mentioned this and soon we were checking out newer jeeps. Victor joined the conversation and one thing lead to another and I left with a new Jeep. This is my 2nd Jeep from this dealership, I'd recommend these salesmen to everyone, very friendly, understanding and patient, I don't give in too easy. Kudos to you Victor and Benji for finding the right Jeep and in a nice color for me. I do really love it. It has a lot of do dads that I may not use but will surely try to figure them out. Ever since we purchased our used 2010 Ram 1500 Bighorn at Luther CJD, we have had nothing but exemplary service, starting with the purchase from Benji Ever since we purchased our used 2010 Ram 1500 Bighorn at Luther CJD, we have had nothing but exemplary service, starting with the purchase from Benji Thornton. We live in Bloomington,and have several dealers much closer that we could use, but the customer service at Luther CJD is so good we take the extra time to have our truck serviced there. Our last service was an oil change and exhaust leak repair. Originally we were to get it back on Tuesday, but got a call from Steve on Monday afternoon that the exhaust repair and oil change were completed and we could pick it up Monday night. We had also asked for a windshield rock chip repair, but that was not performed, most likely because I didn't have it listed on the online service request but had added it to the key drop envelope. Only a small disappointment, and we'll get it done on the next service. More

They've said they've fixed the problem 2 separate times which they didn't both times. On top of that, they ordered the wrong radio to replace the one that's messed up. I am so disappointed with this dealership...I pay 490 a month for a dodge charger sxt plus and all I receive is xxxx service. I will never buy a dodge again in my life and I'm only 20 and am on my 3rd car...lots of cars I could have bought down the road from you guys but I'll take my money somewhere else. So disappointed. Great; however, I was expecting a complimentary car wash which I get when I service my Nissans at Morrie's BP Nissan and my Infinity at Lupient Infinity. Maybe Luther Brookdale didn't think my Rubicon was that dirty or they lack in service when compared to other area dealers. But other than that, I was satisfied with the quality and speed of service. Very similar to Morrie's and Lupient. Use the express service with no appointment since the soonest I could get an appointment was a week out. More
