They go as far as even putting a missing screw in my license plate as a courtesy, so you just feel good walking out of there as they take the time to look everything over and coach you on whatever questions you have. My 21yr old Jeep Grand Cherokee had a couple of issues needing investigation/repair. One item needed further repair and a return trip which Jon also handled and made sure my initial repair & subsequent repair were paired for service pricing. They also provided transport service to/from my home for both repair services. The free car wash was a nice touch too. I LOVE my Jeep! More

I'm talking over Hal a dozen times here. Also wuoted me on brakes. Over $1000 for a mini van. The guy says "yeah, don't look at that". Then don't give me the quote of it's wrong. Oil change turns into new Jeep I had stopped in for an oil change, started looking for the dealer I had been acquainted with, I wasn't real happy with the vehicle I had, the V4 didn I had stopped in for an oil change, started looking for the dealer I had been acquainted with, I wasn't real happy with the vehicle I had, the V4 didn't seem to have much pulling power for my small camper, mentioned this and soon we were checking out newer jeeps. Victor joined the conversation and one thing lead to another and I left with a new Jeep. This is my 2nd Jeep from this dealership, I'd recommend these salesmen to everyone, very friendly, understanding and patient, I don't give in too easy. Kudos to you Victor and Benji for finding the right Jeep and in a nice color for me. I do really love it. It has a lot of do dads that I may not use but will surely try to figure them out. Ever since we purchased our used 2010 Ram 1500 Bighorn at Luther CJD, we have had nothing but exemplary service, starting with the purchase from Benji Ever since we purchased our used 2010 Ram 1500 Bighorn at Luther CJD, we have had nothing but exemplary service, starting with the purchase from Benji Thornton. We live in Bloomington,and have several dealers much closer that we could use, but the customer service at Luther CJD is so good we take the extra time to have our truck serviced there. Our last service was an oil change and exhaust leak repair. Originally we were to get it back on Tuesday, but got a call from Steve on Monday afternoon that the exhaust repair and oil change were completed and we could pick it up Monday night. We had also asked for a windshield rock chip repair, but that was not performed, most likely because I didn't have it listed on the online service request but had added it to the key drop envelope. Only a small disappointment, and we'll get it done on the next service. More
