Great Service Brought my Jeep in for a routine oil change and to check on the origin of an unidentified warning ping. There was not a warning light associated with the "ping" (same sound as the seat belt indicator and the low fuel indicator). The Tech identified the cause of the warning and corrected it within five minutes and at no extra charge since an electrical diagnostic was no longer required. Oil change was fast and I was in and out over my lunch break. More

Scheduled repair appointment I scheduled an appointment to have my new van worked on; the passenger side heat would not adjust (a warranty repair), an oil change and an additional I scheduled an appointment to have my new van worked on; the passenger side heat would not adjust (a warranty repair), an oil change and an additional key fob synced. I had to wait about 8 mins. to be recognized and spoken to for my appointment. I had to wait almost 2 hours for a service appointment I was told would take less than 1 hour. I have to come back because they didn't have the part to repair the heat problem even though I was very specific about the problem when I scheduled the appointment. Washing my van did little to make me feel better about the time invested in a non-repair appointment. More

I forgot items in my car and Bryan Herr helped me after hours to gain access. The work ans assessment took a week and I was accommodated because of the time. Pleasant staff and consistent with resolving car issues. Best Dealership in town! More

Willing to help, and fix the problem. I was at Brookdale Dodge today to have my 3rd brake light replaced. I was in there two months ago for the same thing, so I was a little upset to have I was at Brookdale Dodge today to have my 3rd brake light replaced. I was in there two months ago for the same thing, so I was a little upset to have to go back. That being said, when I called in I talked to the service manager that was very willing to help and get the problem taKen care of. Sure enough, I went up there after work, John in service was able to get me in right away, and I was out the door in a matter of 20 minutes with a new light assembly. Great job! More
