Not to be trusted Brought my 2014 Ram (20k miles) in for an oil change and tire rotation on July 1, 2015. Something didn't sit right with me the last time I brought my Brought my 2014 Ram (20k miles) in for an oil change and tire rotation on July 1, 2015. Something didn't sit right with me the last time I brought my truck in for a tire rotation so for a check I removed one of the caps from the air nozzle on the front passenger side. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes I was told my truck was complete and was escorted to the PAY window with the service advisor where she informed that "they topped off my wiper fluid (yay)and that my air filter we dirty". I informed her I just paid for you to put a new one in on my last oil change" she shuffled through her papers and mumbled out "well, they just said its dirty". Come on!!! So I paid the $29.85 for the tire rotation went out to my truck and there on the front passenger tire was the missing cap from the air nozzle! (The tire had never been rotated!!) When I brought this to the attention to the service advisor she said she would go and get the mechanic, when she arrived with him she spoke on his behalf and said " he measured the tire tread and DIDN'T FEEL YOU NEEDED a tire rotation"! I said who gives him the right to decide that for me? I rotate my tires every 5000k! And why did you CHARGE ME FOR A SERVICE YOU NEVER PROVIDED??. "Well she said HE FORGOT to add that to the form" (forgot my a--). I called the manager over and he credited my card. I DO NOT TRUST LUTHER SERVICE DEPARTMENT- none of them. THEY NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE AND GET RID OF SOME LYING, LAZY EMPLOYEES. This is not the first time I have had problems with them and I only have 20k on my truck! As soon as my last free oil change is done they won't see me any longer. Also I just spoke with my brother in law tonight who also bought a truck from Luther and he had a similar night mare experience with the service department. Please please if you are reading this- you know how hard you work for your money- don't give it to Luther Brookdale!!! THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!! More

Horrible vehicle service The service department at Brookdale Chrysler was the worst I have ever experienced. There is very little communication to the customer and extremely poor communication amongst their various internal departments and service managers. I brought a van (still under Chrysler warranty) to be serviced for a check engine light while on vacation. Luther Brookdale had an open appointment so I chose them. After a 2 hour wait while they looked at my car, I had to go find them to ask what was going on, no one came to find me. They told me they needed to order a part and to come back the following morning, 10am. I arrived back the following morning and they took my van back for service. After 30 minutes, they came over to tell me they did not have the part and I would need to come back! Unacceptable! A simple phone call could have prevented a needless 2 hour waste of my time. I rescheduled for the next week, 10am Monday morning, since my vacation plans did not allow me to stay. Monday morning, I call the service dept. to make sure they have my part. I was told they had no idea they are just service and transferred me to parts. Parts said they had no part ordered for me and that they could have it by 1pm. So, another trip would have been wasted had I not called them (serious lack of customer service here!). No call was made to me when the part actually arrived, so I had to call yet again to schedule another appointment and finally get my car fixed. Their idea of customer service is a laughable joke. If I ran my business in this manner, I wouldn't last a month. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this service department at all costs. More
Excellent ExpressLane service that saved me money!!! Today I went in for an oil change as well as a tire rotation (that I thought I needed) through their "ExpressLane" service center. In very short orde Today I went in for an oil change as well as a tire rotation (that I thought I needed) through their "ExpressLane" service center. In very short order my car was ready at which time they informed me that they had performed a needed computer update (for free) and that I didn't need the tire rotation based on their records (saving me about $25). Thank you Luther Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge for the quick service, for providing the needed update, and for saving me money. More

1 hr 40 min Oil Change w/ Appointment. I had an appointment at 7:30 AM for an oil change. Was told when I did the initial paperwork and dropped off the truck that it would take 45-60 minut I had an appointment at 7:30 AM for an oil change. Was told when I did the initial paperwork and dropped off the truck that it would take 45-60 minutes. At 8:45 I was still waiting in the lobby so I walked in to find out how much longer it would be. It turns out my truck was just finished but was sitting in the bay. After running back and forth trying to find my paperwork I was finally out there shortly after 9:00. I don't understand how an oil change with an appointment can take 1hr and 40 mins especially a half hour after the shop opens. This is the 2nd time out of my last 3 oil changes that this has happened (however after the first time they did provide me with a free oil change). More
FIX MALFUNCTION P0406 CODE LIGHT I CALLED THE BROOKDALE DODGE DEALERSHIP THAT MALFUNCTION LIGHT WAS ON WITH A CODE OF P0406. I ASKED WHAT THE ESTIMATED COST WOULD BE TO FIX IT. I WA I CALLED THE BROOKDALE DODGE DEALERSHIP THAT MALFUNCTION LIGHT WAS ON WITH A CODE OF P0406. I ASKED WHAT THE ESTIMATED COST WOULD BE TO FIX IT. I WAS GIVEN A ESTIMATE OF $65 TO $130. AFTER WAITING FOR AN HOUR AT THE DEALERSHIP, I WAS TOLD THAT THE COST TO FIX IT WOULD BE $540 AND THAT I NEEDED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $65 FOR THEIR EVALUATION. AFTER CHECKING WITH OTHER SERVICE DEPTS, I WAS GIVEN AN AVERAGE OF Labor: $67 - $85 & Parts: $41 - $55. WOW, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THESE GUYS AGAIN, TO BUY A CAR OR SERVICE ONE. More
Great Service Brought my Jeep in for a routine oil change and to check on the origin of an unidentified warning ping. There was not a warning light associated with the "ping" (same sound as the seat belt indicator and the low fuel indicator). The Tech identified the cause of the warning and corrected it within five minutes and at no extra charge since an electrical diagnostic was no longer required. Oil change was fast and I was in and out over my lunch break. More
