Reese and I chatted, he found a comparable truck to what I'd be looking to get. He was friendly and professional throughout and a pleasure to work with. The deal worked out and I left happy with a 2019 Ram 1500! More
Jacked around! Awful experience at the service center.. Bought the extended warranty for my 2011 Jeep G.C. Warranty Administrators were in Chicago. Rudy Luther and Awful experience at the service center.. Bought the extended warranty for my 2011 Jeep G.C. Warranty Administrators were in Chicago. Rudy Luther and warranty company were totally lacking in communication. Called the warranty company myself. Multiple calls, different information every time. I had brought the Jeep in 8 months previous with concerns about its front suspension. The problem was miss diagnosed. 8 months later the balljoint failed, leaving the wheel dangling from the axle. The service center had the Jeep for two weeks before it was finally repaired. The warranty covered part of the repair, but I was saddled with the replacement of the right front air shock. Even though the failed balljoint destroyed all the other suspension components, some how the air shock became my responsibility to the tune of $2300. Don't purchase the warranty from Rudy Luther, or anything else for that matter....awful experience! More
Helping Stranded Travelers While visiting family in Minniapolis (we live in Iowa), the shifter on out Pacifica quit working late Friday afternoon in the Menards parking lot. Although the service department was quite busy, they were able to diagnose and repair the van on Sat so we could drive home. Thank you oodles to the service dept, especially to the young man who answers the service dept phone. He is very polite and helpful. More
