Thank you I had to bring in my Caravan for some warranty work this past week. I emailed my go to service rep (Nicole) and she got me all setup in no time at al I had to bring in my Caravan for some warranty work this past week. I emailed my go to service rep (Nicole) and she got me all setup in no time at all with an appt and loaner car. I was dealing with a transmission issue and a fan issue. Both issues were addressed and I am now satisfied. Throughout the process Nicole and Dave kept in touch with me ensuring I knew what was going on. I can be very meticulous about many things but that did not bother either of them. You should be proud to have an employee like Nicole working for your team. She has a great attitude and always listens to what I have to say. I have always trusted everything she's told me in regards to me vehicles when they are in for service. She is the type of person that goes the extra mile to make a customer happy. I really enjoy working with Nicole when I have service issues. Please take the time and recognize what a wonderful job Nicole does on a day to day basis as a service assistant and employee of the Luther family. A person with her skill sets is rare in the service industry these days...especially the automotive service industry. Keep up the great work Nicole, you are awesome at what you do. The issue was the blinkers switching in the wrong direction and was exactly what the recall was for. When I called to schedule I specifically told them this issue but had to wait for the parts 3 hours after they took 3 hours to finish the first recall issue with the air bags. Why could they not call for the second part as the first part was being worked on? never returning More

Nicole in service, Mike the service manager,and all the techs whom worked with me on the vehicle, Heath Zimmerman, Scott Hanson and Scott the GM. My brand new Chrysler 300 didn't want to work after a week of having it. It went in the shop on Nov. 21st and has been there till today, something electrical. They have worked with me even though I haven't been the happiest person to deal with. The had given some options and they were to my satisfactory. I just wanted to say I have enjoyed being in the Luther family, I bought 2 other cars from them in 06 and again now in 15, and thank you to the team that has been working with me. More
Excellent and quick service completing a recall. I was pressed for time so stopped in before my scheduled appointment. Steve MacKey saw me and immediately started the process and said he would do my recall alteration as soon as possible although they were very tightly scheduled. I was planning to wait for the car and was told it would take up to 2 hours. I checked in from the waiting area after 1 hour and Steve informed me it was done except for the paper work which he completed on the spot and I was out the door in less that 1.25 hours. I really appreciated Steve's attention and willingness to work with me. Thank you Steve. More
