NEVER EVER should it The staff is GREAT - Ram(Daimler) parts are disinterested & uninterested or under-trained in procedures or execution of policy. NEVER EVER should it take 4 + Months to solve a small problem. If your vendors are so lean on Just in time manufacturing - this is the result. I'm glad my problem was not a disabling problem. Great customer service My issue was a little different than normal. We tried to recreate the issue my Jeep was having but we couldn't replicate it. Six hours late and no communication Dropped my truck off at 8:30 for requested work and recall. Promise to be done by noon. I called at 1 pm and 2 pm before I am then told that they have not started the work that was supposed to be done by noon. Still charged me and half of the work was not completed. Tire pressure system still not working and recall service was not done This is just the latest of missteps here. It has taken multiple trips on other occasions to get things done correctly. Think twice about wasting your time here and then go elsewhere. More
