Brian Hartman made extended warranty work clear and easy This was my first time using my extended warranty and I was apprehensive as to how it would work. Brian greeted me with a warm welcome and explained it would probably be covered but would have to be checked out first. He did not have an appointment till the next week but when I informed him I was worried as it was a bad power steering fluid leak and was worried it would cause damage he said if you can leave it we will get it done. This meant the world to me as my brother was having surgery the next week and I was going out of town for a wedding the next week. He called me the next day and kept me up to date (that it was covered and the parts would be there at noon and he would call me when it was done). At 2 PM it was done and I picked it up. He made a scary time easy. More
