Vehicle breaks down w tranny issues 12/23. Get towed to dealership. Next few days are xmas. They text me 12/26 saying its not starting (battery was dead because hazards were left on during tow) and wanted dealership. Next few days are xmas. They text me 12/26 saying its not starting (battery was dead because hazards were left on during tow) and wanted to charge me $163 to tell me my battery was dead. And another $163 to diagnose the tranny issue...okay, whatever - I tell them to proceed. 12/28 still no word on the tranny issue. I text, call, leave messages, and no reply. Get a text Tues 12/29 saying they're diagnosing the issue and will talk to my warranty company. They get the go ahead to put a new tranny in (remanufactured) and tell me it will be done Monday 1/4...well, that tranny also has issues. So, they talk to warranty again, get approved for ANOTHER remanufactured tranny. Tell me it'll be done Monday 1/11. Not once did they offer a loaner vehicle. I have 3 kids and no transportation while my vehicle is in the shop. I told them if its not done Monday, I need a vehicle. He says "oh yeah, we'll get you some wheels if it's not done Monday". Monday 1/11, get a text saying its done. I pay on the link they sent me & get another text saying payment confirmed & let us know what time you'll pick the vehicle up so we can have it ready. I say I'll be there at 4:45pm. They reply "sounds great"! I get there and walk back to the cashier, cashier is just walking around not even looking at me because there were 2 gentleman already at the counter talking ...not sure why she couldn't come to the other side of the counter and asked if I needed help? The 2 gentleman walk away and she finally says "are you here to pick up a vehicle"? I reply yes, she gets my paperwork and tells me my total...umm, I already paid? Okay, she sees i paid online & then tells me they'll pull my vehicle into service for me. I'm waiting....and waiting....see all these employees standing around, walking by me. Finally I go back to the cashier & confirm they're pulling up my vehicle...? She says oh, i'll check. I can see her go back and finally hand my keys to someone instead of just set them on a desk and walk away...so I go and tell the guy, i'll get it myself, I've waited long enough! FINALLY get to my vehicle & now there's some weird rattle sound that wasn't there before so I pull it right back into service. He asked what I was in for & says it sounds like there is some degree in the cabin air fliter blower motor... so, when YOUR DEALERSHIP put in my tranny they clearly weren't clean about it because it was NOT making that noise beforehand. The guy laughs it off and says "its always something with vehicles". WOW!!! I left and will NEVER be back! We were going to get a new Durango but we'll take our business elsewhere! Update... Chris the service manager called me & Apologized for my bad experience. He fixed my cabin air filter free of labor charge, and gave me 3 synthetic oil changes for free so I'd give them another shot. I did get a rental when I had to bring my van in for the day so that was also much more convenient for me. More

Wonderful buying experience. I choose to have a spray in bed liner, under coating and paint protection done on a new truck purchase. They picked up at my job, completed all the work and delivered back t in bed liner, under coating and paint protection done on a new truck purchase.
