Excellent Service from Scheduling to Final Checkout! This is my second experience with this dealership. I am the one who buys the vehicles in our household. From the call to schedule the vehicle, to the complete service experience with Nate, my service adviser, as well as the friendliness of the complete service department and sales group, I was overwhelmed! Nate recommended things to be completed while in, which I did! I also met with a new car sales person named Claudio, and selected my new vehicle! HORRENDOUS customer service!!! Update: They finally fixed the radio. It does not make up for over a year of struggling and dealing with a multitude of issues. Plus, they made no secret that it was because of the bad review that they were fixing it. The installers were great about coming to get my Jeep and taking care of everything then giving me a demo on all the functions. During this year, Mike transferred to a new job. Nicole is clueless about what customer service is about. I'm happy to finally have a functional radio so I have increased my earlier rating from 1 to 3. It just does not make up for the past 16 months. I'll never have the same feelings for my Jeep again. Note: I was told the GM had no ideal this was happening. Original: When I bought my new Jeep, they told me I could have a backup camera installed by them for about $500. After I dropped it off for installation, they announced it required a new radio and the factory radio could not be used. The Kenwood they installed ($1200) has NEVER worked. It is a nightmare! I have a long list of problems including randomly turning on/off, volume changes, buttons not working or strange results. I have even had wires fall down across my dash. Multiple trips, phone calls (rarely unreturned), emails, texts, BROKEN/ empty promises and well over a year later, I still am dealing with a radio that doesn't work. Take my advice and steer clear of this shady business with it's sketchy characters. More
