There was an issue with to whom my cashiers check was written out, so Benji walked with me to the bank to make sure everything was smooth, and then stopped and got me a coffee for the walk back. I also received a message when I got home to make sure the car was fine, as well as answering a manic texts on my part when I was worried I had bought the wrong car (I clearly had the right car). Once my wife and I was able to identify what I we wanted he found a vehicle at another dealership across town that was perfect. When I had to work on the day I was supposed to take delivery Andrew, alone with a manager, worked late so we could still pick it up. Andrew even finished some of the vehicle preparation himself after their shop was closed. We chatted for a bit and I got his biz card, nice guy. Month later we got it narrowed down to what we want and can afford. To bad a couple were sold out but we did find a very nice Jeep Liberty. On a late Saturday afternoon we drove into the dealer, after confirming our pick was still on the lot, and David was there to help us with all there was to do so we could drive our Jeep home. Even though we there there until after hours. We even got a pretty good trade in value for our town and country which we used as a down. Great folks at this dealer. Bob Lackman was so helpful and very knowledgeable. It is my first Dodge and so far, I love it! The dealership was very clean and inviting.
