Steve Lodien, a member of their sales staff, found me a new car that matched my needs, offered me an excellent price well below the discounts that I had identified, and then worked with their used car department to give me a trade in price that was at the very top of Edmunds used car pricing. Since the car was at an out-of-state dealership, Steve made arrangements to bring the car in to Brookdale Chrysler at no cost to me. Because of this, and my positive past experience with Steve Lodien and the rest of the staff at Luther Brookdale Chrysler, I will have all of this vehicle’s maintenance done by Brookdale Chrysler, and will return to them when it is time to purchase my next new car. I then went to Brookdale Chrysler and told them my situation and what had just happened to me, they were very understanding and patient with the situation and helped me a great deal to get it all straightened out. Stopping in to Luther Brookdale Chrysler Jeep one day, I met Mark Cheney who cordially asked if I had been helped yet. We discussed a few matters pertaining to my interest in purchasing another Liberty. Mark was eager to show me what he had on hand, but with limited time for me to search the marketplace with work and all, a few more weeks went by before I addressed my search further. Returning to Luther a few weeks later to check out a used Liberty I found on the internet, I located Mark and test drove the vehicle and thought I would make note of it. The next evening I came back to Luther again, this time with my wife to see it, but it was sold that morning. My interest peeked back to looking at a new Liberty. It was late in the evening on a Friday night, cold out and Mark offered to drive a silver one I spotted on the lot indoors so I could take a closer look at it in a warm environment. I left that night without doing business, pondering what I should do. The weekend went by and I was back to see Mark early the following week. This time I decided I want to go ahead with the purchase of our 2012 Liberty. Mark was very professional, very personable and his product knowledge was excellent. Upon delivery, Mark spent the time necessary to go through all the operational aspects of our new Jeep. He also offered any further assistance we may want or need in the future. David was an exdellent sales person. He had an answer for every question I had. I would recommend him to my friends. The only thing you need to do to improve your customer service is send your cusomer away w every question I had. I would recommend him to my friends.
