My wife and I were exceptionally pleased with the service and treatment we received from Benji Thornton and the staff at Luther Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep. We purchased a used 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 on April 6th 2013 and treatment we received from Benji Thornton and the staff at Luther Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep. We purchased a used 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 on April 6th 2013 from Benji. My wife had called to make sure the truck was still available, and when we arrived, Benji had the truck moved to an inside viewing area for us (it was raining that day). Benji was very thorough in pointing out the good points of the truck, but also advised us of any issues he was aware of. Because the vehicle was originally sold at Luther and the previous owner had all maintenance performed there, we were able to see all the records. Benji was also very helpful and knowedgeable in answering our questions, and if he didn't know the answer, he asked someone rather than 'Make something up'. At no time during our visit did we feel that we were being pressured into making a purchase that day, in fact when we mentioned we preferred a blue truck, Benji went online to see if there was one available in blue with the same equipment. Both my wife and I highly recommend Luther Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep, and in particular Benji Thornton, if you are considering a Chrysler product for your next purchase.
