Truck was there for update V06 Dragelink,V44 Tailgate latch and 67A Emissions Recall I was told one day Made appointment for Feb 13 2025 at 8 am . Truck was there for update V06 Dragelink,V44 Tailgate latch and 67A Emissions Recall I was told one day to do repair. It was not done on the 13 . I called on the 14th still not done, Lisa said would talk to technician, and get back to me. She then said technician would have it done that afternoon. return call that afternoon. Dealer is closed Saturday and Sunday. Monday told Michael Henry would have to pick up truck by Tuesday at 12 even if it was not done. I arrived at noon truck was not done . Michael said they did 67A emission recall but did not have parts to do the other two recalls . He said when parts were in he would call. I asked about the free warranty extension on engine and he said no. He should read the recall notice. I pointed it out on the card Ram mailed me. He would not even look at it. It looks like all the other bad service remarks I am not the only one. I would not recommend this dealership for any service work. By the way, I checked with another Ram dealer and they showed no recall done at all on my truck. More

Jay Diggs, my sales consultant took care of me from my initial inquiry toward the last bit down to a door handle cover the used vehicle was missing. Something just as simple as that, I knew he was going to take care of me. Process was simple and easy, knew what vehicle the family wanted, got the pre approval. Jay had the vehicle ready to test drive, show for the appointment, no pressure or hassle. Vehicle went though inspection & had a few maintenance pieces that needed done and most dealers, knowing it’s sold would have let it just pass, not these guys, they got it remedied in a timely fashion.
