From the minute I arrived and met with my service advisor, Jason, everyting was taken care of quickly, efficiently and with real friendliness. The routine oil change a recall repair were done in a timely manner and, best of all, at no cost to me. I have never had a less than satisfactory visit to Luther since I purchased my 2011 Chevy Cruz. We have used this dealer twice now for 2 purchases. The steering wheel on my new Buick LaCrosse was not centered. This didn't effect the driving of the car, but annoyed me. I had to take my 2003 Silverado into Luther Brookdale Chev for a 90,000 mile check before driving to Florida & back. They did the pre-authorized maint and per my request, checked out my 10 yr old batter Chev for a 90,000 mile check before driving to Florida & back. They did the pre-authorized maint and per my request, checked out my 10 yr old battery. The battery failed the load test so it was replaced. They also found that my water pump seals were leaking and replaced that as well. I also elected to have my windshield replaced due to two "dings" and because it was pitted over time. They took care of all this, gave me a free oil change for my birthday. Nice. Laurel (service rep) went the extra mile and managed to give me a 15% senior discount, which saved me considerable. All the work was done on time and to my satisfaction. In addition, the truck was washed. It's not easy spending a fair amount on service for an older vehicle, but I feel that my truck is ready for a 4,000 mile trip to Florida & back. Thank you. More

I came in to have a GM radio which I had bought switched. Looking around online I found cost to install and reprogram the radio for my vehicle to be $60 - $80 depending on the dealership. Without hesitation, I brought it here to have mine switched out because of other work I've had done there in the past. When I had called to schedule the appointment, they estimated a hour to a hour and a half to do this. When I arrived I was given a estimate of $195.00 (he stated this would be a worse case scenario, and I had already done my research). Having the trust I had, and since I was now there, I let them go ahead. to my surprise they came in close at $100.10, $20.10 higher than the highest cost I found doing my research. REALLY!!! The work order showed it took them ".9 hours. $100.10 for less than a hours labor??? I'm in the wrong business! More
