Took 25 minutes to set up appointment for tires and an alignment. Service sent me to parts to get tires, but couldn't get tires without customer number. Service got upset with me for asking like it was my fault. Finally got customer number and sent back to parts to get tires ordered for service appointment. There has to be an easier way, I even had the part number from their website for the tires before I called. More

I brought in my 07 Corvette for a quick oil change/lube before storing it for the winter. I brought my vehicle in for a service check and was greeted immediately by a friendly employee named Jason. My vehicle was taken and I was told it would be about an hour wait. At an hour Jason came back and let me now the problem and then offered me a free loaner vehicle while the repair occurred. The loaner was a better model than my own car and he helped me transfer the items fom my vehicle into the loaner. When my car was ready for pick up he remembered my name and was again very friendly.
