Casey takes the time to get the right answers to the customers concerns and does not hesitate to advise "no service needed" if he does not believe it should be done. I will ask for Casey when I need car service. #3 Bob Meyer More

They also found a leak in my water pump and repaired it. Lou checked with my extended warranty people and they picked up all repair items in total. I got a full set of tires, with a $100 Luther gift card, and an $80 rebate from the manufacturer. Work was done on time and I was kept informed. I was happy with the service...they washed the vehicle also. More

Advised shortly after second hour that a short in wiring system had been located and was repaired. Purchased car here in 99 and have had all work on car done here and always been satified with work done at this dealership. More

Their staff has built up my confidence in dealing with dealerships, as not all of my past experiences have been the same. I also appreciate the ease of use of their online reservation system. The head of a half inch bolt broke off on the rear supension on my 2005 Saturn Vue. To replace the bolt most of the rear supension had to be taken off. To replace the $7 bolt the total cost was $956. supension on my 2005 Saturn Vue. To replace the bolt most of the rear supension had to be taken off. To replace the $7 bolt the total cost was $956. I was disappointed with the fact that the bolt broke in the first place and went into the dealership to see if I could talk to someone higher up at GM about the issue. THe server writer I spoke to told me, "Things break" and Minnesota winters are hard on cars. He said I could speak to a server manager but he didn't think anything could be done. I spoke to a "Drive Manager" and his first response was the same as the service writer, "Things Break". I told him I had spoken to a couple of mechanical engineers where I work and, based on their examination of the bolt, they believed it was defective from factory. He asked what they were basing that on, I would expect a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Based on his "training" he discounted their opinion, and went back to "Things break" He kept asking what I wanted him to do as if his traning didn't include what he could do in situations like this. After a few time of going back and forth like this, he did give me a number for GM and sai they would be happy to help. I called the number and though they said it was the wrong number for what I wanted, they did give me the right number. Th people I spoke with at GM were helpfull as opposed to the dealership. They took my information, called the dealership, and informed me GM would refund $300. They said since the dealer had my information the check would come from the dealer and I would have it in a week,,,,I waited three weeks, no check. I called GM again who had closed the case since they expected the dealer to send the check. They said they would reopen the case and call the dealer. I wnet to thje dealer and spoke to the same Drive Manager about the check. He said that would have to be approved by GM, I told him it was, three weeks ago. He said he would send an email to check on that information and get back to me. He called me the next day and told me that I would have the check in a week. The next day GM called and said the Service Manager at the dealer said I would have the check that day or the next. When I told them the Drive Manager said it would be a week, they said, no, the Service Manager assured them it would be today or tomorrow. It took a bit over a week for the check to arrive. I am disappointed by the runaround I received. I am disappointed by the fact that he took 4 weeks for the dealership to send the check. I believe that if I had not followed up, the check would have never been sent. I am concerned that the Service Manager told GM things that were not true. If they do this to GM, how honest are they in dealing with the customer? More

The person I was dealing with was very patronizing. They were trying to sell me something over and over that I didn't want. Even after telling them multiple times I didn't want the product, they kept askin were trying to sell me something over and over that I didn't want. Even after telling them multiple times I didn't want the product, they kept asking me. They also said the service would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours and it took 2 1/2 hours. They didn't come back to see how the progress was going, making me wait without word. Thank you. More
