I was in contact with 4 people. The person who wrote up my order was pleasant and professional. The person who washed my car seemed to enjoy being there and seemed happy to make me happy. The person at the front desk in the showroom was very nice and made sure I knew where the coffee and cookies were. The person at the cash register greeted my like she had known me for a long time. I took my 2011 Cruze in the other day to have the tail light replaced… I had called to make sure that it was covered under my warranty and to schedule the appointment. Upon checking in I asked what it would cost to get new wipers put on (they were getting old and one had started to separate). Casie (who was checking me in) said, “Nothing! I’ll get that taken care of under warranty!” Seriously?! I also had a question about a scratch on my rim. Even though they couldn’t take care of it there, they gave me the number of a guy who could. Casie and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to exceed my expectations! They even offered me a ride to work! My car was ready on time and the pickup was a breeze! I originally brought my vehicle in for its 55K mile service. During the inspection process the techs found several problems with the tie-rods and front bearings. David explain the situation and answered all my questions. Becauseof the cost of the repairs I had to leave my vehicle for a week until payday rolled around. David kept the vehicle inside the whole time. The repairs were completed when promised. David was friendly and courteous and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Donny was the worst service guy I have ever death with. Lied and didn't listen to a word we said.
