The absolute worst service department I've ever dealt with dropped my car off there one month ago they make Corvettes I thought this would be the perfect place to get my Corvette worked on instead they l with dropped my car off there one month ago they make Corvettes I thought this would be the perfect place to get my Corvette worked on instead they let it sit around for a month to tell me they don't want to do it pretty much the GM calls and starts the conversation by telling me it's going to be 6 hours of Labor no s*** xxxxxxx money is not an object that's why it's here and then he proceeded to tell me dealing with older cars there could be rusty bolts and Rusty screws and stuff could fall apart but guess what everything on my car is brand new if they would have bothered the f****** look they pretty much called me to tell me they didn't want to work on my car after it sat outside for a month cuz of their lazy xxx mechanics didn't want to put a clutch in a car I suggest you bring your car somewhere else never go here they are absolutely the worst place to bring a vehicle they suck and I don't suggest anyone to go to their service department More

I visited this dealership to have a oil changed done. Called and made a appointment. Went in on time to have it done, but ended up waited for at least a 2hrs 30 minutes of which my car just sat in the ba Called and made a appointment. Went in on time to have it done, but ended up waited for at least a 2hrs 30 minutes of which my car just sat in the bay (finished). I got up to ask why is my car is just sitting here finished. And in doing so a service advisor ask me did I need help and I said yes. When I explained to him my situation he gave me a very rude smarty pants reason why. Worst dealership in Minnesota I went to do the oil change with an appointment and they kept me waiting for 2 hours after that they said they haven't touch my car because they are v I went to do the oil change with an appointment and they kept me waiting for 2 hours after that they said they haven't touch my car because they are very busy so I left and made another appointment after few days and same thing again!!!!!!! I called dealership about my extended warranty and no response after talking to service they told me that they send an email to manager and he will be in touch with me at his earliest convenience ! Never had this bad experience at any dealership in Minnesota.I will not suggest anyone to go to GMC Brookdale More
