I visited this dealership to have a oil changed done. Called and made a appointment. Went in on time to have it done, but ended up waited for at least a 2hrs 30 minutes of which my car just sat in the ba Called and made a appointment. Went in on time to have it done, but ended up waited for at least a 2hrs 30 minutes of which my car just sat in the bay (finished). I got up to ask why is my car is just sitting here finished. And in doing so a service advisor ask me did I need help and I said yes. When I explained to him my situation he gave me a very rude smarty pants reason why. Worst dealership in Minnesota I went to do the oil change with an appointment and they kept me waiting for 2 hours after that they said they haven't touch my car because they are v I went to do the oil change with an appointment and they kept me waiting for 2 hours after that they said they haven't touch my car because they are very busy so I left and made another appointment after few days and same thing again!!!!!!! I called dealership about my extended warranty and no response after talking to service they told me that they send an email to manager and he will be in touch with me at his earliest convenience ! Flat out lie to you "Service driver alert system" light came on. Made an appointment, and they had to replace the Haptic motor in the seat, because the wires broke off. ( "Service driver alert system" light came on. Made an appointment, and they had to replace the Haptic motor in the seat, because the wires broke off. (very common problem apparently) Covered by my extended warranty. (only has 25000 miles on vehicle) Drove it a week later, and the "Service driver alert system" light was on again, and seat was no longer working. Called the dealer, and was told to bring it back in. They called a day later and said it was done again. Asked what they found and Tyler told me it was something on one of the sensors, that was blocking it, and needed special cleaner to get it off. Was informed that I now have to pay to clean the sensor, and pay for the loaner vehicle. Just paid it to get the xxxx out of there. Called Chevrolet, and a tech guy called me back to inform me that if a sensor is blocked for any period of time, it will automatically turn off the front parking assist. NOT trigger a "Service drivers alert system" warning. Stuck a piece of tape over a sensor, and sure enough, it shut it off. Dealer either charged me to recoup money for a faulty installation or part, and Tyler flat out lied to me about the whole thing! More
