Scheduled recall work, showed up for appointment, find out 2 hours later parts aren’t in. Took a half day off from work to have nothing done. Had to reschedule. Call center was not real informed and didn’t offer options while car was in for service. I did have 2 excellent service reps in Joe and Zach who were extremely helpful. At the end of the day it’s still a failure to have to come back for service that should have been done the first time. More
