Scheduled recall work, showed up for appointment, find out 2 hours later parts aren’t in. Took a half day off from work to have nothing done. Had to reschedule. Call center was not real informed and didn’ out 2 hours later parts aren’t in. Took a half day off from work to have nothing done. Had to reschedule. Call center was not real informed and didn’t offer options while car was in for service. I did have 2 excellent service reps in Joe and Zach who were extremely helpful. At the end of the day it’s still a failure to have to come back for service that should have been done the first time. More

I don't trust the dealership at this point. I was given a list of things to fix, none of which were my brakes, even though they were clearly squeaking. My A/C had 1 leak fixed for almost $2K. D I was given a list of things to fix, none of which were my brakes, even though they were clearly squeaking. My A/C had 1 leak fixed for almost $2K. Didn't work & then they found another $800 repair. And were KIND enough to not charge me for the inspection that they had to do the 2nd time to find the new leak. Not worth paying a premium for the dealership any more. More
