Bunch of liars work here. Casey the service writer wrote up my receipt wrong so I was denied in the lawsuit for oil consumption. At 36,000 miles my rear seal blew out. I don’t even have 90000 miles now and I’m guessing my engine will be toast soon, along with my muffler and cat. I was in 4 different times for oil consumption readings. I was low a lot up to a quart of oil (oil being checked every 500 miles) I even had GMC agreeing to replace my motor yet they still did nothing. I could go on and on but what’s the point. Don’t trust these mfs. More

An oil change should NOT take 2-1/4 hours, especially when I had an appointment. When I checked in 15 minutes before my appointment, the service writer said they should be finished in about 1-1/2 hours! when I had an appointment. I questioned this and he said Fridays were always busy; but for an oil change?? The fact that it took another 45 minutes longer than his estimate is unacceptable. I have better things to do than sit at a dealership that long for a simple oil change. I was also talked into doing a tire rotation but told this would not add any more time to my wait. This is the second service visit in a row when I have had to wait an excessively long period of time and I doubt I will come back again for this poor customer experience. More
Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. The service advisor (Drew) advised me that my battery may need to be replaced. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed a red checkmark in the radiator/cooling box due to a possible leak. The service advisor did not mention anything about it! Upon looking after the fact, I noticed my coolant was below the recommended level( below cold when up to temp) I would have thought a Chevy dealership would have mentioned, or asked me if I would like it topped off as the red check mark indicates immediate attention. None of this was done and when I called the service advisor Drew and left a message the same day, I received a text Message back the following day about scheduling a an appointment. No call back! Extremely disappointing More
