Two hours is a long time to wait for a scheduled oil change. The customer service is good, but when you can go somewhere else to get an oil change for cheaper and less time, people are gonna start going change. The purpose of scheduling a service is to be prioritized over services that wasn’t scheduled. Time is money not only for your staff but the customers too. When a customer make an appointment they usually take off work and make other appointments. They also usually allocate extra time for services, but two hours is ridiculous for an oil change. More
