Lance answered all my questions and concerns with straight answers never trying to pitch anything. I test drove the vehicle and he went over every detail and function of the truck. Brookdale Chev is the BEST. I have never had anyone go to bat for me like they did with financing. I also bought a Silverado last year and the sales person then also seemed as excited as me. I recently visited this dealership to have service done on my vehicle. All of the services needed were under warranty still, as I had my services (what I thought) to be completed, I paid my deductible and on my vehicle. All of the services needed were under warranty still, as I had my services (what I thought) to be completed, I paid my deductible and left the dealership. I had to return within a few days because the a couple problems still existed. This day I had needed a shuttle service from my work location to the dealership and called numerous times throughout the day to confirm the time and place of the shuttle to arive. I did not receive a response in any of the messages I had left. Minutes before needing to leave my job, I finally was able to get a hold of someone in which they were luckily able to send a shuttle driver that was right there, to me. I arrived to pick my vehicle up, and it had not been washed or "rinsed", like I had requested, and have always requested. I was running late due to the shuttle service and had to leave, so I left without this additional service being completed. That day I noticed that my car will still was not completely fixed, the noise was still there. I then found out it was not fixed because Advantage (warranty holder) would like another deductible from me. I had paid this originally and since it was not on the claim Advantage would like another deductible for this being a "seperate" claim, which it shouldn't be a seperate claim. Someon dropped the ball, and overlooked putting it on the first claim. And now in order for me to have this problem fixed under warranty, i need to pay another deductible, within 2 weeks of paying the first for the same problem. I feel someone at the dealership needs to call Advantage and explain the situation, and if they don't budge then the dealership needs to take the expense of my deductible and provide the service I already paid for. More

All of the employees at Luther Brookdale GMC/Chevrolet were great. Besides the dealership having the best prices for new vehicles it has a great staff. They really made me feel the personal attentions one would expect when looking at making a major purchase (automobile). I will never use another dealership. I was told by Snell Motors that I couldn't get a new vehicle because my credit was less than perfect but the finance team at Luther took the initiative to get me into a new vehicle. Had my new pickup to Friendly Chev 4 times since truck was new for wheel bounce they could never get it right they put wrong weights on and bent the wheel covers. I took it to your dealership for service was new for wheel bounce they could never get it right they put wrong weights on and bent the wheel covers. I took it to your dealership for service and had them check the wheels and they balanced them there is no more bounce. I really would have appreciated it if the sales people would have listened to my needs and what I was looking for in a vehicle.
