Charlie W was also very helpful when we were signing the paper work. Perry Feavel tried to ruin our experience over a rock chip on my trade in and if I were rating our experience on his conduct I would rate him bad and would not return to this dealership. Although I live 3 hours from Minneapolis, I purchased my 2010 Suburban from Luther Brookdale Chevrolet because of the great deal I could get from them. I subsequently had the car serviced (oil change & tire rotation) at Gateway Chevrolet in Fargo, ND, because it is relatively close to home. I was NOT satisfied with the work and checks made by Gateway Chevrolet, so decided to stop at Luther Brookdale Chevrolet on my way through Minneapolis during a recent trip to have the car checked out. I was traveling with my wife and our cat. We stopped at Luther Brookdale WITHOUT an appointment. I explained my concerns to Laurel Hansen, a service rep. She listened to my concerns, wrote up a work order and told me she would try to get my Suburban checked out within 45 minutes to an hour -- she stated that they were quite busy at the time. I was satisfied with the projected wait time since I did not have an appointment. However, much to my delight, the service technicians had our car checked out and had us back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Mega kudos to the great team they have at Luther Brookdale Chevrolet. Went in to buy a 2008 Mini Cooper Clubman and loved the service I got from Matt Casper and the team. The one thing they couldn't offer was a ton of detail on the car I was buying but that is BECAUSE it was a Mini. I wouldn't expect that a Mini dealer could tell me much about a Silverado pickup either! :) I love the car, I love the dealership, they literally bent over backwards to make the sale and its the reason I bought when I did. Great trade-in values, great finance rate, they work with you to get all of your needs met. Price - check, financing - check, trade-in value high - check.
