Tim understood and expedited things in order to acommodate me. I test drove the car and decided to purchase it. my previous visit had a driver seat part issue that got lost and/or not recorded in my vehicle history, their was no follow-up repair service as agreed during that appointment. Went in to buy a 2008 Mini Cooper Clubman and loved the service I got from Matt Casper and the team. They offered me a VERY nice price on my trade in and beat my credit union on a finance rate - they did e service I got from Matt Casper and the team. The one thing they couldn't offer was a ton of detail on the car I was buying but that is BECAUSE it was a Mini. I wouldn't expect that a Mini dealer could tell me much about a Silverado pickup either! :) I love the car, I love the dealership, they literally bent over backwards to make the sale and its the reason I bought when I did. Great trade-in values, great finance rate, they work with you to get all of your needs met. Price - check, financing - check, trade-in value high - check. Buy a car from Luther Brookdale and don't get "sold" like you would at another place. More

Work was done on time. Final price was approximately the same as the estimate. All of the people were very friendly. Mike also called me to inform me the the rear brakes were bad, which was very good to kno same as the estimate. All of the people were very friendly. Always have a good experience at Luther Brookdale. Our salesman always looks us up and time goes fast. Anything I ask is always addressed, besides doing extra for me. Scott Larson (Salesperson) Rating: Great . He was very helpfull with both my purchase and my fathers lease which took place on the same day. Scott took some time with me to explain how all of the trucks features worked which I greatly appreciated. Scott's very low pressure approach was great. I explained what I needed to Scott and he found me two options, one was a GMC Sierra and the other was a Chevy Silverado. I picked the Silverado because it was the best fit for me. I would recommend Scott to my friends and family for the car or truck purchases. The finance person was very helpfull as well and I would rate as great at their position. I can't recall her name but she got me a competitive rate from Ally. She was a pretty good salesperson too, because she got me to buy into a longer warranty. The other person I dealt with briefly was the sales manager person who checks out your trade in. I ran Kelly Blue book before I went in and he also ran his own Kelly Blue Book report that matched the numbers on mine, so that was great. He explained why I would not get the excellant condition on my trade and I was Ok with that because I knew my car did need new tires. It's hard to say if I liked his approach because this person is always the one you dislike the most becuase they decide your fate on the trade in value. I would say he did an OK job. More
