Bought a new 2012 Silverado at the end of Aug. At delivery time one cosmetic issue, cuts in the right hand silver spoke of the steering wheel were found. We were in a bind and needed a new car. Luther made the extra effort and worth my while to drive up there from Burnsville. The person I was dealing with was very patronizing. They were trying to sell me something over and over that I didn't want. Even after telling them multiple times I didn't want the product, they kept askin were trying to sell me something over and over that I didn't want. Took 25 minutes to set up appointment for tires and an alignment. Service sent me to parts to get tires, but couldn't get tires without customer number.
