I brought my car in for a routine oil change and they found a leak. Lou came into the customer lounge and told me that they found a leak and that it was covered under my warranty and that he would put me found a leak. Servicing my Equinox at Luther Brookdale Chevrolet is a treat. Work is exceptional, staff is friendly and courteous, and the facility is exceptionally clean. I have a 07 Saturn Ion and I was informed that this dealership should be able to service my vehicle. My power steering went out on my car and after researching found out that power steering part-module dealership should be able to service my vehicle. After he took my information he told me that my vehicle is not under recall. Okay so I decided to call another GM Dealer (Friendly Chevrolet) and found out yes my power steering was under recall and it was covered completely Hmmmmmm More
We recently purchased a 2013 Enclave from Luther Brookdale. We are fairly picky people with options and creature comforts and we located this Enclave on cars.com. After calling the dealership to get more information we were directed to one of their salesman Clyde. I have bought many vehicles over my short years and I must say it was an absolute pleasure to work with Clyde. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we seen on cars.com quickly being able to answer my questions about what options it did or did not have. We are from Duluth so buying this was going to require a trip to the cities. Clyde got all our information over the phone, managed to up-sell me some undercoating, and Vinyl chip guard, and emailed me the bill of sale. We signed, scanned them and emailed them back. Each email I sent to him was answered in the same day with my questions answered immediately. After Clyde got our signatures he forwarded our paperwork to his finance manager Tony. Tony promptly emailed me with the final price figures and some options for extended warranties that I had requested. The best day I had to get down there was the Friday after Thanksgiving, Clyde happily met us there when I am sure he would have much rather been fighting soccer moms and Wal-mart for the new Windows tablets. All of the paperwork was nearly completed, all we had to do was hand them a check, sign the last bits of paper, get our keys, and be on our way. But, Clyde sat down with us in our new car, helped us set up OnStar, showed us all the major features, and then easily answered any questions we had about the vehicle. Of all the dealerships I have dealt with, and all the salesman I have encounter, this was easily my best experience. If your looking for a new vehicle, or used vehicle I highly recommend Luther Brookdale. If your looking for a pleasant, courteous, and honest salesman, loaded with knowledge about the vehicles on his lot, ask to talk to Clyde Torvik. I will definitely look him up for my next vehicle. Lou found the best price for the best tire for my vehicle. As requested, they checked out my front end noise and found a problem with the wheel bearing and struts and these were repaired. They also found a leak in my water pump and repaired it. Lou checked with my extended warranty people and they picked up all repair items in total. I got a full set of tires, with a $100 Luther gift card, and an $80 rebate from the manufacturer. Work was done on time and I was kept informed. I was happy with the service...they washed the vehicle also. More
